What a great block this was to sew...and I should know as I screwed up and did it twice!
I started with the fat quarter and looked at the book and went wow, I can do this. So I cut the block...this is where I went off the rails...I cut it into 15 pieces instead of the requsted 12 pieces.
I probably read Jeneanes instuctions 5 times but the number 12 never did get into this pea brain of mine.
I started adding my triangles to the original 15 pieces and before you know it, I had three rows.
It all came together here...
I didn't want to spoil the surprise.....then I re-read the instruction sheet and went holy s*** batman, my bad!
Good thing we have a place where I can get more of the background fabric, so off I went to Dei's. Here finally is the completed block as was asked for...sheesh what a dumb girl I am sometimes!
Oh no, thats the back, you will just have to wait until Oct 29th.....
